Jubilant Applications is a small software company founded by Dr. Steven Mitchell, a PhD Computational Physicist with decades of experience in designing and developing software.

Jubilant Applications serves the petroleum refining industry, in which Dr. Mitchell has spent decades as an expert in the modeling, scheduling, and data analytics of petroleum refineries.  

Jubilant Applications also serves the educational community with Jubilant Reader, which Dr. Mitchell originally developed to help his daughter learn to read during the pandemic.
